The publication outlines the results of an empirical study of the formation of professional thinking in future junior specialists - women servicemen of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. Under the empirics of forming professional thinking in future junior specialists - women servicemen of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, we investigated practical aspects of scientific organization, collecting empirical information, comprehending the results of observations and experiments, opening empirical laws, forming classifications.
The results obtained indicate that, given the substantive load of indicators that reflect the characteristics of each of the identified types of professional thinking of future Border Inspectors, the most effective type of thinking is the productive and creative type, which is able to ensure full implementation of administrative and legal support control, the ability to organize and coordinate actions both their colleagues and senior leaders. To a lesser extent, indicators of resource-reflective type of thinking meet professional requirements. Psychological features of the same adaptation-orientation type of professional thinking satisfy only the initial stage of mastering the professional knowledge, skills and skills of the future specialist in the implementation of effective border control. Thus, the revealed distribution makes it possible to conclude that it is necessary to form professional thinking in future junior specialists - women servicemen of the State Border Service of Ukraine by means of psychological methods and means of optimizing its development.
