THE PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ASPECT OF THE FORMATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE MANAGERS BY THE MEANS OF NETWORK TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

The author considers the competence approach in teaching as a key component of assessing the provision of quality educational services and the formation of a highly qualified specialist. The content of the concept of “professional competence” is described, the necessary skills that a specialist must have are indicated. The signs of readiness for professional activity are stipulated and listed. The principles and stages of the implementation of the methodology of the professional competence development are characterized. The role of interactive technologies in the formation of professional competence of students is described in detail. The importance of implementing the model of knowledge transfer using new information technologies is noted. Factors that need to be taken into account when choosing the pedagogical concept of training future managers with the use of network technologies are identified. The stages of realization of professional growth of future managers are characterized. The importance of working on selfimprovement while increasing the level of professionalism is noted. It is indicated that the introduction of the educational content management system MOODLE in the educational process contributes to the optimization of student learning. A study of the effectiveness of the implementation of the MOODLE educational content management system among students of the educational and qualification direction “Management” is conducted. It is noted that as a result of the study, groups of students in which the services of the educational platform were actively used, achieved the desired result in a shorter time. It is stipulated that for better comprehension, memorization and mastering each of the group members used the service of the educational platform “MOODLE” in their individual work. Options for using the service of the educational platform “MOODLE” for the organization of individual and group forms of training of future managers are considered. It is concluded that the introduction of the possibilities of the educational platform “MOODLE” into the educational process not only simplifies the work, but also acts as an additional motivational element.
