TECHNOLOGIES OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF THE FUTURE PSYCHOLOGISTS

Abstract

The study reveals the results of theoretical rationale for the possibilities of innovative teaching technologies in providing the effectiveness of professional training for the future psychologists.

The paper deals with the characteristics to use interactive technologies, technologies of blended learning and project technologies presented as the effective instruments to implement the tasks of professional training for the future psychologists. Interactive technologies of professional training of the future psychologists are interpreted as a system of managed internalization of necessary basis of general and special professional competencies that use the possibilities and effects of inter-subject psychological interaction under the conditions of interactive teaching environment. Technologies of blended learning are characterized as the ways to stimulate flexible, initiative and responsible practice of personalized professional training for the future psychologists that effectively combines the possibilities of their traditional (offline), distant and mobile teaching. Project technologies are progressive practices and ways to produce rationalized, operationalized and realistic aims that allow presenting (model) conditions and their professional situations of practicing psychologist’s activity where the future psychologists train obtained theoretical knowledge and test obtained practical skills.

Analyzed technologies of professional training for the future psychologists allow to optimize and widen the process of individual trajectories construction of the development of their general and special professional competencies and support the obtaining of the latest psychological tools with the prospects to use it in the following professional activity in an effective way.
