POSSIBILITIES OF USING PHYSICAL CULTURE IN THE PSYCHOLOGICAL CORRECTION OF THE EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCES OF HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS IN CONDITIONS OF STRESS

The article highlights the need for psychological correction of emotional experiences in stressful conditions of higher education students, which requires updating the approach to the selection of means of such correction, including with the help of adaptive physical culture. The concept of emotional experiences as a dynamic system based on sensations and perceptions, which cause emotional and cognitive reactions and are manifested in attitudes, influence decision-making and their implementation in activities, is clarified; the impact of emotional experiences on human life and activity is analyzed. The need for psychological correction of emotional states of negative modality, primarily stressful states, which are manifested in intellectual, behavioral, physiological and emotional signs is emphasized, the importance of the formation of emotional stability of the individual as a resourceful mental state, which is manifested in the ability to maintain high functional activity in conditions of stress and frustration, is highlighted , ability to a high level of emotional self-regulation. An experimental study conducted with the aim of establishing the levels of emotional stability and stress levels of students of higher education, as well as the severity of signs of stress according to different groups of symptoms, is characterized; a correlational analysis of the mutual influence of indicators of emotional stability and indicators of stress was carried out. The expediency of using in the process of psychological correction of emotional experiences in a state of stress for the purpose of forming the emotional stability of the individual, the means of physical culture, aimed at improving the health of a person, forming interests, motives, needs, habits, promoting the development of higher mental functions, education and self-education of the individual, ensuring the self-realization of personal human abilities
