The article presents the results of a pilot study on the cognitive and behavioral characteristics of women aged 18 to 65 with symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) who participated in individual psychotherapy and author-led educational programs. The use of the validated ASRS scale identified pronounced ADHD symptoms in 17% of participants, including difficulties with concentration, planning, emotional regulation, and interpersonal interactions. Based on the findings, an adapted structure of educational programs was developed, incorporating elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, body-oriented practices, and meditation. To support self-regulation between sessions, a specialized therapeutic planner, “SHCHASLIVA,” was introduced to enhance attention, planning, and emotional stability. Empirical testing of the planner with a group of 31 women demonstrated a significant reduction in anxiety and improvements in organization and quality of life. The study confirms the effectiveness of an integrative approach to supporting women with ADHD symptoms and emphasizes the need to adapt psychotherapeutic and educational programs to the specifics of cognitive impairments.
