OPTIMIZATION OF EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCES OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS: THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ASPECT

The article states that studying at a higher education institution is accompanied by numerous emotionally charged situations, and their emotional experience has a significant impact on the quality of life and health in general and the effectiveness of students' learning activities in particular.The author emphasizes the fact of multiplication of negative modalities of emotional experiences in the context of russia's military aggression and their increasing disorganizing effect on educational activities, which necessitates the promotion of adequate emotional development of students, assistance in optimizing emotional response and its inherent experiences.
The author analyzes the studies devoted to development of training programs aimed at overcoming the negative impact of the most traumatic situations for students: adaptation to the conditions of study in a higher education institution, passing tests, and experiencing traumatic war-related events. The study highlights the necessity of developing an individual's emotional intelligence as a means of acquiring the capacity to optimally experience the emotional dimensions of both educational and wartime realities. This development contributes to enhancing emotional resilience through psychoeducation and the strengthening of internal psychological resources. The article proposes the potential value of an integrative approach and highlights the effectiveness of utilizing mini-lectures, cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, art therapy, and body-oriented therapy.
