COMMUNICATIVE CHANGE AS FUNCTIONAL COMPETITIVENESS OF THE FUTURE KINDERGARTEN TEACHER

In the article, based on the analysis of the essence of the teacher's competitiveness, which provides the benefits of person (in comparison with others) in certain areas of life, in particular in professional activities, on the basis of performance, success in the implementation of individual opportunities, the opinion on the possibility of evaluating the specified personal quality in terms of availability benefits in the activity and communication recognized by other people, in particular – on the indicator sociometric status (relative authority of the member of the group).
The connection between the competitiveness of the future educator and the level of formation in communist skills is substantiated. With another argument, a conclusion was made of the results of an experimental study conducted with the definition of levels of formation of communist skills of future pupils, sociometric indices of their personal status (based on the recognition of professional leaders and management quality of personality) them, confirming the influence of the first phenomenon on the second.
The obtained experimental data confirm the necessity of communicative preparation of future educators during higher education, in particular, the prospect of development and application of development programs for communicative skills in order to increase their competitiveness.
