DEVELOPMENT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AS WAYS OF OPTIMIZATION EXPERIENCES OF FUTURE PSYCHOLOGISTS REGARDING LEARNING

Abstract

The article is devoted to the identification of ways to implement a specially organized process of developing the emotional intelligence of future psychologists in a higher education institution in order to optimize their emotional feelings regarding learning. On the basis of the analysis of scientific works, it was discovered that emotional experiences that provide an emotional reflection of the world are reflected in the course of cognitive processes, hence the success of students, and at the same time exposed to the individual in the direction of changing the modality and the sign, provided that its emotional intelligence is developed.It has been determined that emotional intelligence is the ability (ability of a person to interpret emotions (own and other people) and to manage them, helping them to identify the causes of problems and achieve their goals, reflects the degree of positive attitude of man to the world, to others and to himself, gets reflected in the minds of a person as a sense of psychological well-being.It is proved that the development of the emotional intelligence of future psychologists is associated with the development of knowledge, skills and abilities, first of all, awareness of their emotions; managing your emotions; awareness of the emotions of other people; managing the emotions of other people. It is concluded that such result can be achieved through targeted influence on the cognitive and emotional sphere of future psychologists during classroom sessions, with the help of special courses and trainings, and at the same time, provided the emotional education of scientific and pedagogical workers, who teach teaching disciplines, are defined by the content of vocational training.
